Social media


The primary use of our symbol is for social media avatars.

The Micron symbol bleeds off the left edge of the container shape, giving it a feeling of energetic movement.

We use our white Micron symbol on top of our purple dark gradient for graphic impact and easy brand recognition.

Other applications


While we should use our full logo in communications as much as possible, there are circumstances due to space or other constraints where the symbol could be used.

  • We can use our Micron symbol when the area is too small to showcase the full logo — for example, as a favicon or on small-scale products.
  • The symbol can also be used for graphic impact.
  • The symbol is also appropriate for applications that require subtle branding.

Margins


When aligning the symbol to a corner, make sure the vertical and horizontal margins are of equal value.

1x1 ratio center alignment


For 1x1 ratios, like social icons and favicons, center the symbol directly down the middle stem. For any other ratio, please center the symbol vertically down the left side of the middle stem.
